About Us

the Company

Johanson Construction was originally established in 1981, and re-established in 2002 after a 15 year hiatus. During that time, Richard E. "Dick" Johanson (a partner in Johanson Construction) and his wife Alice continued home building in the Tri-Cities with his company, Albett Corporation (formed in 1978). Roger Johanson and his dad Dick partnered again in 2002. Dick has since retired and serves as a Consultant to Johanson Construction. Our specialty is in the area of New Home Design and Construction.
